Front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Tricia does a fantastic job in making me feel comfortable (I get a Brazilian wax). Hair removal is quick and complete! I'm very happy with the service, it's why I keep coming back!

This was my first time getting waxed and I was NERVOUS. But the entire experience was a breeze! The scheduling was super easy, front desk staff was sweet and encouraging and my esthetician, Kelly was AMAZING! She encouraged me through the process and kept me talking/distracted. It was my first time ever being waxed. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was nervous. It was a phenomenal experience. Kaylee at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Ava did the waxing and she was wonderful. They were both very welcoming and friendly. There was no pain, Ava worked quickly and shared with me everything she was doing while she was doing it..
