Cecilia is the best! She is such a great person and lash technician, and she kills it every time. She has also come to be a really great friend over the year and a half I been seeing her. I wouldn't go anywhere else! She helped me get thicker brows with her serum and I love not having to have to get my brows microbladed, and my brows are on point!! So sad to have to leave Cecilia:( we travel across the US for work and I found Cecilia when we first got to idaho falls to do my lashes for my engagement pictures!! I’ve continued using her for my lashes while we’ve been here for the last couple of months! So so sad I don’t get to see her every couple of weeks! Definitely will be back to visit when we are back in town🩷
