She helps to recenter essence to my body. She provides counselling and offering advice and a different perspective to aid in reaching a decision. Meesa is awesome. Utilizing many techniques: verbal communications, acupuncture, specific massage(targeting muscles that affect stress levels), using tuning forks to align the energies of the body.
