Amazing experience every time! Shiela is an incredibly talented massage therapist with such great energy. From the moment you walk in, she is professional, welcoming, and truly attentive. She always takes the time to understand what your body needs and never rushes—often spending extra time to make sure everything feels just right. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. She is truly excellent at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was visiting town and struggling with severe neck pain, and Chad was kind enough to fit me in for a 90-minute massage. He was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout, checking in to make sure the pressure and focus areas were just right. This was truly the most effective massage I’ve ever had for pain relief — I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Highly recommend Chad if you’re looking for someone who really knows how to listen to your body and make a difference.

Lexi was recommended to me for energy work and I am grateful I scheduled a 90 minute appointment with her. I was having challenges moving past a number of emotional blockages. Lexi explained in detail her approach and answered my questions before starting. I experienced an ease within the body and the mind that grew during the appt. Afterwards, she shared what what presented to her and how she addressed the energies. She was spot on in detail about all the blockages I have been experiencing. My wife and I are believes in the benefits and get them regularly, at least once per month and to avoid jet lag from international travel. Sheila's technique and transitions were amazing. Sheila is a fantastic massage therapist and truly understands the body and anatomy. She really tailors the experience to your body's needs. She does amazing work with lymph drainage and fascia as well. She is very knowledgeable and obviously an expert in her field. She has magical hands!!! I don't live locally, but whenever I'm in town I try to get an appointment with her. She is phenomenal and I can't recommend her enough!

I booked a session with the new massage therapist Jill and was genuinely impressed. She has a calm, grounding presence and an intuitive touch that makes it very easy to relax. I came in with both general tension and a few specific areas of pain, and she balanced relaxation with focused work perfectly. She checked in just the right amount, listened closely to what I needed, and adjusted pressure without me having to ask twice. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. Such a great addition to the spa — Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience today. Jill was an amazing therapist who utilized restorative techniques to help me regulate my nervous system which has been stressed lately. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. Do yourself favor and book an appt here, ask for Jill!!!
