booked a manicure and pedicure here and had Emmy, and honestly she did such an amazing job. She was really gentle, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and I’ve already gotten compliments on them. She’s also super sweet and makes you feel comfortable right away. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again.

Fantastic experience at this nail salon! Nancy gave me the best charcoal pedicure I’ve ever had—so relaxing and detailed. The honey lotion she used was a dream: super moisturizing with the most delicious scent. My feet feel soft and refreshed! Tee did an incredible job on my short, almond-shaped dip nails. The shape is perfect, the finish is smooth, and the color is flawless. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. The whole salon is clean, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and great vibes.

Rating 4 stars as the store offered to fix my nails, but I’ve run into schedule conflicts. The sample colors are off, they’re much lighter on the sample than on the nail. I was not asked about color until the dip was fully completed right before a top coat which fully revealed how dark the nail was - did not match a pedicure as requested, two very different pinks were used. I requested on my appointment to have only female techs and I had two men perform my services today, which made for an uncomfortable appointment that’s supposed to a treat.

Amazing experience. They greeted me right away as I walked in, had me pick out a nail polish color, and as soon as I was done doing that they had my pedicure chair ready to go. The pedicure itself was sensational. I highly recommend adding the hot wax massage as it was incredibly relaxing. Everyone was very kind and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Went in to get my nails done for the first time for my birthday. I’ve never done any kind of nail extension and had no idea how to go about it. April was wonderful! She helped me find and choose exactly what I wanted. 1000% coming back here always and only.

Justin is absolutely amazing! He’s not only incredibly talented with nails, but he has the best eye for color. Every time I sit down in his chair, he takes the time to help me pick out the perfect shade — even when I have no idea what I want. I just had the best pedicure ever with Justin at Mademoiselle! Justin gave the best leg and foot massage I have ever experienced. He also asked for permission before using any implement and made sure I was comfortable. Justin asked for input about his work throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the result. Justin repeated all of the above actions with the manicure....ending the day with a fantastic hand massage. My only regret was not requesting he do the pedicure after the manicure because it was so relaxing!

Lan was great. She’s an amazing technician. She did my dip manicure and gel pedicure. Love it. The customer service there is great and also the gentleman at the front. Too bad I didn’t catch his name. This will be my spot moving forward.

Nails came out decent, some are crooked and they were not checked to make sure they were all the same length. visit felt a bit rushed at the end as i was finishing up ( i had an appointment) but the next appointment came and as soon as they showed up you can tell the tech was rushing to get me out.

She was great, but I rated "good" because I think she should have applied one more coat of polish. The color I chose was so light that you can see right through to my nails. I have to come back in to give a tip because your ATM was not working, and I will ask to have an additional coat put on.
