Really welcoming and calm experience. Was feeling nervous about a previous piercing gone wrong (not done here) but was made to feel settled and has lovely conversations whole time. Definitely recommend especially if you are nervous or it’s your first time being pierced! I will definitely be going back for future piercings.

Absolutely fab, I can’t recommend Genevieve enough! My husband and I both had nose and I had my ear pierced with her after being recommended to her from a few people we knew. Genevieve made me feel at ease straight away and is just such a lovely person. My daughter’s (11) first full hairdresser experience. Keira was great she was so attentive, listened to my daughter, took her time and gave all the fun experiences of a salon. My daughter came out grinning from ear to ear super happy with her experience, the curls, the cut, everything. I had a nose and belly button piercing with Tash! This is the first time I’ve had her do any piercings and whilst it’ll never be pain free, she made it as quick and comfortable as could be. I plan on coming back in a couple of weeks for my daughters ears :)

Really lovely! Genevieve took her time to explain everything and the process was as quick and painless as it can possibly be. She has a wide selection of jewellery to choose from when your piercing is ready for it and lots of other goodies. It's a private room and a really lovely setup.
