Genevieve helped me out with some piercings I wanted to just get checked to make sure they were healing ok. Nothing was to much trouble and she gave good advice, cleaned them up and suggested a smaller size to help heal. Couldn’t thank her enough my ears feel much calmer now. Thank you x

Absolutely amazing experience with Genevieve! Especially for someone who hasn't had any piercings for a 100 years and went straight to the deep end. This lady is so welcoming and friendly and the best thing is, she'd explain all the quirks of everything she does in a manner that your family dog can follow the instructions! Thank you Genevieve! Genevieve is an absolutely lovely human putting me at ease as soon as I walked in the salon. She's very knowledgeable in her field and talked me through every step of the piercing so I knew what to anticipate when. She also took me through aftercare and gave me a the stuff I needed to heal the open wound. The end result is so cute, I'm super happy :)

Another amazing piercing thanks to Genevieve! I went in with a specific piercing in mind but Genevieve took the time to explain why, anatomically, it would be a poor fit for me and she suggested an alternative which I love! There is never any pressure during her appointments and she takes the time to relieve any anxiety. Lots of chatting and laughing works a treat! I couldn't get a piercing anywhere else. Can't wait to come back and style with cool pieces sometime in the future!

What an experience, these ladies are the best. I will definitely be going back. The salon gives a relaxing vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Ellie recommended the right lashes for me to suit my eye shape and I love them. Top class service from start to finish!!

10/10 for my visit for a spray tan for my holiday. Victoria explained everything in detail and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Lots of after care advice explained which is so important. All the staff were really friendly and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Overall a really great experience and I will return.
