It's my favourite place for my nails, eyebrows and treatments. Every staff member so so lovely, my nails have looked utterly fantastic the last year and I always leave with a smile. Big shout out to Jessica - she always 'nails' the brief.

Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. Talented hairdresser in a wonderfully friendly salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my treatments. Highly recommend.

Had my first visit today and I feel very good about it. Rhyannon is very sweet and chatty, which I appreciated a lot since we hadn’t met before, it made things feel very comfortable very quickly! Zero discomfort during my piercing changes, very gentle. Would definitely visit Rhyannon again!<3

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Demi was really kind and made me feel very comfortable. It was like having a piercing done by a friend. Will definitely go back for any further piercings.

I’ve been going to Demi for my lashes for 6 years now and she’s incredible at what she does I’ve traveled far and wide for her to do my lashes and I’d follow her to the moon if I had to!

Demi was absolutely brilliant! I’ve had 4 piercings with her in the last month and every one has been done so well. She made me feel super comfortable during the process and was so lovely it felt like chatting to a good friend! Thanks Demi!

Second year in a row taking my now 8 year old niece to have her nails done for her birthday - and the girls at Bellini are amazing! They're so sweet with her - she was guven a card last year & had a lovely welcome this time round. Jessica did a cracking job on her nails & made her day. Thank you to Natalie & the time, couldn't rate them highly enough!

Had a great experience getting a piercing with Rhyannon. Chose the Dealer's Choice, so she suggested which ear piercing i should get, and she was more than willing when I asked about getting a third one done in the session. She was also really reassuring about the process and what she was doing, which helped me feel less nervous about the piercing. Would highly recommend her, and the studio in general, to others.
