This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a relaxing atmosphere and environment to put you at ease. Highly recommend The One Lounge 😊 xxx

Had my first visit today and I feel very good about it. Rhyannon is very sweet and chatty, which I appreciated a lot since we hadn’t met before, it made things feel very comfortable very quickly! Zero discomfort during my piercing changes, very gentle. Would definitely visit Rhyannon again!<3

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

A lovely piercing experience in a well decorated shop setting. From start to finish Rhyannon was welcoming, professional and high skilled. I would return and recommend her to anyone. Also I felt the thorough legal and medical consent form mirrored the attention to detail and high standards the certificated service offers. All reassuring. Great service guys, be back once I finish my maternity leave to earn pennies for my next me to me treat 😉

Second year in a row taking my now 8 year old niece to have her nails done for her birthday - and the girls at Bellini are amazing! They're so sweet with her - she was guven a card last year & had a lovely welcome this time round. Jessica did a cracking job on her nails & made her day. First of all I have to say the end result looks great. However, I used to have gel nails for years before taking a break. This was the first set of hard gel nails I got after said break. I know the gel can get a bit hot when it cures but I never had it get as hot and painful as today. I don't know what was causing it, the gel itself or maybe the nail plate was filed down a bit too much before applying the gel, but I do hope the next appointment won't be as painful...

Paige was absolutely amazing, even came to work early to squeeze me in which is so kind, nails look amazing too!! Thank you ❤️

Seen Rhyannon on two occasions now and she’s always so pleasant and happy to help with multiple questions regarding my piercings. She’s a little gem

I've added 5 stars for Dace who was lovely, professional and very talented at nail art. However I was dissapointed with the person who prepped my nails as she appeared very rushed and I didn't feel listened to. She assured me she would keep my nail length but after cutting them to a good length she filed them much shorter than I expected or have ever had in another salon. This was very dissapointing as the appointments are expensive. I booked Dace and did not expect to be seen by two different people. This would stop be from returning.

Fabulous experience at SYHR piercing. Rhyannon put me right at ease for my first piercing in a very long time. Already thinking what I’m getting done next 😊
