Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

Great, Katie was lovely and she managed to make me look 10 years younger when I left 😀

I had a deep Swedish massage with Amy. Had problems with the music so didn’t have my preferred selection and could hear a hair drier running at the beginning ( until the music came on) and then a lot of water running down the pipes in the room during my treatment. Pressure was great. However, she did ask what areas to concentrate on. Told her I’d like my whole body but no need to do my head/ face. I also told her I had pain from my right hip to my knee and if she could work on this. She only massaged my back and the back of my legs and then the hour was finished! Bit disappointed for £65.

I felt relaxed and was glad to hear some of my ailments were improving but still need to work on others. I am about to book my next appointment as I take more “self care” therapy. Excellent therapist.

Loved my hair and make-up, it lasted all day and survived dancing into the night! Huge thanks to Shannon for coming in early to fit me in for an early wedding, would definitely recommend!

This was the second time Shannon has done my spray tan and she is fab! The tan is a great shade (I went for medium). The salon is so nice, really friendly folks, so nice to see Julia again after so many years. Really recommend The One Lounge, Shannon and Julia, thank you
