I had a lovely Rose Quartz body massage followed by a Reflexolgy treatment today by Emma. A full consultation meant Emma could assess my needs and the massage was spot on. The tension I was holding in my back and shoulders soon melted away. The Reflexology treatment revealed alot of issues going on! But again a very relaxing experience. The aftercare advice was thorough too.

Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

As per usual I had a fabulous reflexology treatment by Emma today. Who would have thought that your feet can tell such a story about every part of your body and your internal well being!! Had my second message by Lisa, she is a diamond. I just couldn’t resist of booking again so a zen treatment it was of aromatherapy reflexology only involving feet but really paying attention to relaxation and mindfulness. Oh my days, I felt ever so good. She stimulated the immune system working flow all the way through the body and sole using essential oils (I chose samples of lavender, rosemary & neroli). It’s not very often I do this, I even tipped her a bit extra as she deserved it. She’s done so well this year. For all the hard work I gifted her a box of chocolate & card to say thank you!🥰

Fantastic Reflexology treatment by Emma. Very relaxing but kind of invigorating too. Always good to be told which parts of your body (identified through the foot massage) needs attention and some tlc! Love this treatment.

Fabulous as always, Lucy is so good at what she does highly recommend the reflexology and auricular acupuncture

Wonderful 90 minute full body treatment with reflexology from Lucy. This was an amazing way to spend my Tuesday evening. Gentle music and a very experienced practitioner made this a lovely experience. I would highly recommend it.

Lucy is an excellent therapist. Really enjoyed the combo reflexology and back massage and although it’s described as express it was thorough and relaxing.

Just had an amazing Reflexology & Auricular Acupuncture appointment with Lucy, highly recommend. Lucy is very knowledgeable in this area and left session feeling extremely relaxed.

So relaxing. reflexology with Lucy is excellent.

Mentioned to Lucy that session should be renamed relaxology instead of reflexology 🤣
