My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

Kaye is a Beautiful person and has a lovely energy. She puts you at ease straight away. The room was lovely, cosy, warm and welcoming. The reflexology therapy was a wonderful treatment . I would highly recommend it.

This was my first experience of reflexology and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my appointment with Gemma. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough with understanding how reflexology could help me. Her space is cosy, calm, and warm with blankets and a weighted eye mask. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I came round feeling refreshed like I’d just had the best night’s sleep! I felt like the tension and stress I was holding in my body had melted away. Anyone who is sceptical or not sure what reflexology can do for you, go and see Gemma and you’ll be amazed!

kaye completely placed me at ease as soon as I walked through the door and fully explained what the procedure reflexology lymph drainage and the process was, suffering from headaches and sinusitis the procedure was perfect from me, I left kaye feeling much better, relaxed and pain free. Detzi is amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgable and professional, and is such a gentle and warm person. She makes one feel at ease straightaway. I had a double treatment of Reiki and Foot Reflexology and it was utterly wonderful. I highly recommend The Peaceful Soul!

I had an incredible reflexology session with Gemma. She was knowledgeable, caring, and truly listened. The treatment was amazing—so relaxing—and afterwards, she shared insights about my body that only I knew, which completely blew me away. That night, I had the best sleep I’ve had in years. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. Gemma is truly gifted, and I can’t recommend her enough.
