Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Alaine creates the most luxurious feeling at her studio (and at the bothy). From the moment you step in, all of your responsibilities and thoughts melt away and you’re looked after and pampered in every way until the moment you leave the bubble.
