Rachael from Core Therapies has been making home visits to provide reflexology sessions to my mum, who was suffering with terribly swollen legs and ankles. After just 5 sessions we can all see a noticeable improvement, the swelling has gone down, my mother can wear normal shoes and is able to walk again without any obvious discomfort. My mum also suffers with dementia, so can sometimes be a tad difficult with the people around her, but Rachael always showed kindness and patience.

Had a lovely massage with Natasha today and would definitely recommend. I booked a Swedish massage, but after discussing what I was looking for, she adapted the pressure to something between a Swedish and a deep tissue massage, which was perfect for me. She was very flexible and attentive throughout. She also kindly included a little extra time for an Indian head massage that I hadn't booked in advance, which was a lovely addition. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well looked after. I'll definitely be booking Natasha again. Thank you!
