Another absolutely fabulous session with Giovanna! Second Reflexology & Reiki treatment this evening and I feel so much better already. Dealing with chronic stress, pain, fatigue and stomach issues that have not been helped much medically. Louise has created a little haven of relaxation and tranquility! I've been for reflexology and massages and cannot speak highly enough of how great they were. From the moment you arrive, her little studio smells incredible to the moment your done with an Elderflower water, she really does go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend and already looking forward to my next appointment xx

Absolutely wonderful! I had reflexology and a full body massage followed with an hour in the spa facilities. Both treatments were excellent and I felt as light as a feather after which can only be a good thing. I fully recommend Bells Nirvana!
