Second vitamin C facial with Paola. I rebooked it after 3 people complimented me on how good my skin looked after the first one - this never happens to me! My skin glows afterwards and the effect lasts. I also had a pedicure and my feet look like new again. Always leave the salon feeling relaxed and looked after. Love the heated bed too - drifting off to sleep whilst being pampered 😊

Great! Paola is very thorough with a no nonsense attitude to waxing. Would recommend.

I cannot say how happy I have been with the service I had last week and today for waxing facial and lymphatic drainage. Not only was the treatment amazing the friendly and informative manner that I received was exceptional.

Definitely my happy place here! And that’s with a waxing. Another gorgeous body scrub with extra massage bits - skin feels so soft and smooth and I feel a million times better than I did this morning

Paola was super friendly and was expert at putting me at ease. The waxing was quick, efficient and (relatively) pain free. I went to glam and glow beauty lab after being recommend by someone else for waxing.. I was apprehensive about it being wax strips for intimate waxing but i wouldn’t go anywhere else now! So thorough and a complete perfectionist taking her time to do a good job. The setting was immaculate and really relaxing.

I went to Paola for waxing and she was great. She made me feel so comfortable when I arrived and was so knowledgeable not just about waxing, but all the beauty treatments she offers. I would highly recommend Paola!

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough.
