Despite being nervous this was a completely pleasurable experience. Excellent service. Sarah discussed with me exactly what result I wanted to achieve and explained everything clearly so I understood fully. The process was fairly painless and most importantly I'm delighted with the results as I wanted to look 'fresh' rather than 'worked on'. Had my first ever wax today, started with a Hollywood 🫣Libby was so professional and made me feel at ease. Was fab that she explained the process which made me feel so much more comfortable!! It really didn’t hurt anywhere near how much I thought it would and I felt like I could have a few breaks to make the experience better. Would highly recommend- I’ll be back!!!

I’ve struggled to find a beautician that produces results as well as Libby, a warm and welcoming environment that is just as lovely as the girl herself. I went in for a full leg wax and not only am I super happy with the results but a nice touch was the aftercare leaflets that have really helped take care of my legs post-wax. I’ve recommended her to all my coworkers.
