Clare is a warm friendly lady who makes you feel at ease right from the start. She has an extensive portfolio and it shows in what she does. I had a 1 hour massage (which was supposed to be a relaxing soothing massage) which turned out so full of lumps that relaxing went right out the window and serious pressure was applied. Thank you Clare because the next day I felt amazing, purely because you know what you are doing. I'll be back.

A very immersive experience. I felt calm and relaxed throughout - the ambience of the room and botanical smell made me feel so at ease. Clare was also very warm and welcoming, and definitely knew her stuff. Definitely need to book another appointment the work out the rest of these knots, and to get another dose of utter relaxation.

Sophia is a lovely lady and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first LVL.

Have only visited a few times now but have always been made to feel at ease and comfortable. Lots of chats and very friendly. The beauty room used is also very welcoming and Sofia is so accommodating! Hard not to fall asleep on the coach though 😜

Lovely lady I was made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived the salon is warm and inviting and sophie was fast very efficient and listened to my needs and gave some good suggestions for future treatments and most of all the treatments are affordable highly recommended
