I loved my massage, it was really wonderful, thank you. The staff are kind and welcoming and the room is lovely and warm unlike many other places nearby (a warm room is absolutely essential to me). I will happily recommend and I will come back again.

I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

My 2nd time having a massage with Nisa, she was very professional and skilled, and able to tell which muscles were very knotted and therefore needed more pressure whilst also being mindful since I have previously had a shoulder injury. I would highly recommend and will be back again next time

Absolutely brilliant. This was the best waxing I have ever had. Such a lovely lady and so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately. Room lovely and calm and cool considering it was so hot outside. Cannot fault the service at all and we will definitely be returning for a massage and more treatments. Zoe made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job. My spa pedicure felt very luxurious and my nails are perfect! So grateful to have booked with her at short notice.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I felt comfortable the moment Zoe answered the door, nothing was too much trouble and my pedicure was amazing! The products she used were scrumptious, the warm towels and massage were luxurious and I love my winter toes 😍😍

Came in for a Brazilian wax. kirra was amazing she had a tough day with natural salon delays but I was so happy to wait as I love the result and loved my treatment with kirra, she was so relaxing and friendly made me very comfortable and had a good giggle considering my privacy on show.
