Suzanne has by far given me the best waxing experience from friendliness to comfort. I have been waxed elsewhere and no where else compares to Ouch Waxing Studio. She made me feel especially comfortable during my pregnancy. I would highly recommend Ouch Waxing Studio.

Perfect experience! I was nervous because I had some bad experiences with previous waxers, but Suzanne managed to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and it was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you're nervous or anxious about getting waxed.

On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.

I can not recommend the Le Beua Room enough! The team are compassionate and take the time to know my skin concerns thoroughly which is so important for me as I have super sensitive skin and skin lifting with waxing. I have had treatments from all the team and I can honestly say no matter who you see you won’t be disappointed. The space and decor are beautiful too!

Absolutely amazing! Na is the best acrylic nail technician I’ve ever been to. Incredible attention to detail, my nails always look beautiful for weeks. Every time I go to Royal I have a lovely experience (every 4 weeks). The girls do a fab job on my nails and they are polite and very efficient. Queenie fixed my ingrown toenail as well saving me a trip to the podiatrist - I am so grateful to her. I can't recommend Royal highly enough!
