I had my very first waxing appointment with Gemma today, I was a bit nervous walking in since it was all new to me, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. Gemma is friendly, funny, and very down to earth. I ended up laughing and chatting the whole time instead of stressing about it. The salon itself is gorgeous and has such a welcoming vibe, with plenty of great services that I’ll definitely be trying in the future. I had a massage with Gemma today…… I’ve been going to her for waxing for several months and could not be happier with that…. She’s very thorough and we do laugh a lot!! Gemma was a brilliant person to get my eyebrows plucked and waxed! I would always go back to her, she gets every hair that is unwanted and she also will spend ages to make sure every eyebrow hair is perfect and in place! I also loved how everything there was organised and very easy to be taken and used! But my favourite thing by far was her attitude it was so sweet and she kind. I absolutely LOVE her!!!

What can I say about Gemma? She is such a beautiful soul and takes Pride and everything that she does. This is why I visit time and time again and have quite a few different treatments with her. Anything that you don’t understand. She is more than able to explain to you exactly what everything entails and I love her attention to detail as well.
