I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I have a ‘full body wax’ including brow & lash tint and every time I walk away I feel amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, in fact I travel 40 minutes each way! Thanks again Chantelle x

Today was my first visit to the Wellness Studio and I will definitely be rebooking for future treatments! Laura-Lea is lovely! Welcoming, friendly, professional and experienced so knows what she is doing. From making sure I was comfortable and checking throughout the treatment, I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a therapist. The Studio itself is beautifully presented and offers a cosy and private setting for treatments. From fresh water to tea after, it is a little place of comfort and Laura-Lee looks after it well! I will definitely be booking for my next treatment soon ❤️

I can honestly say best massage! From the moment I arrived, the space felt calming and welcoming—perfect for relaxing and letting go of stress. Laura-Lea was attentive and intuitive and tailored the massage to exactly what my body needed, working out tension I didn’t even know I had. I left feeling de-stressed and completely relaxed. I can't wait to book again 😊

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

Had a pedicure, it was first class, Laura Lea is a real professional, the Wellness Studio is beautiful, such a calm relaxing space, highly recommend!

Kay is brilliant. I needed to change my nose piercing earlier than is ideal which meant it was trickier to get back in. She kept going until it was successfully in- she’s fab & I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Laura-Lea was really attentive and gave me a brilliant pedicure leaving my nails perfectly shaped and polished. The foot massage was super relaxing and I’m looking forward to my next treatment 😃

I cannot recommend Kay enough! I had waxing in two areas done by Kay for the first time, I was nervous as I know how painful it has been with other waxers, but Kay made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t as painful as other places I have been too. Your clinic is so clean, comforting and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience, I will be back for my treatments! Xx

My first time visiting Kay. I had some pre holiday waxing. Kay was very welcoming, lovely, clean, fresh yet homely space. The wax itself was reasonably pain free and a more pleasant experience than others I’ve been to, fabulous experience. I’ll be back soon.
