Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

Best massage I’ve ever had in Bristol! Or the UK for that matter! A beautiful salon that transports you to Thailand from the decor to the scents and the sounds. A really firm massage, which is hard to find in the UK, and done with such intuition to my needs. Will defo be booking again and recommending to others. I would recommend the salon makes their entrance more obvious, it is easy to miss on the high street when it should be proud and stick out more!

Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back! Lovely experience from start to finish. The therapist was very considerate of medical conditions and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm and deeply relaxing, making it easy to switch off and enjoy the treatment. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great service. A warm welcome and lovely cosy therapy room. Beautiful aromatherapy scents and the massage was a perfect blend of strong pressure where needed and relaxing techniques that felt amazing. Will definitely visit this little gem again.

I had a 1.5-hour massage at Ton Poh Thai Spa and Wellness and it was a great experience. The massage was very good, and the therapist was skilled and professional. The pressure was strong enough, just how I like it, and it really helped relieve my tension. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterward. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

Absolutely fantastic massage at Ton Poh. The atmosphere was really relaxing, the room was warm and comfortable. The massage was deep and the therapist removed all my knots and tension from my back and legs. Despite choosing the option for the Thai stretching, I didn’t expect the stretches I had and the experience really helped me loosen up. The end was very much like a sports massage which has really helped. I’ll be booking again ☺️

Visited today for realignment therapy. Thorsten was very friendly and informative. Took the time to thoroughly explain the process at the beginning and throughout the entirety of the session and answer any questions. Provided clear and precise instructions for after care at the end of the session. Very early days following the treatment but already some notable improvement. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family, looking forward to follow up session!
