Fran truly goes above and beyond! I had a massage with her, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus — it’s clear she has an incredible understanding of the body. Her work is not only highly effective but also incredibly thorough; she takes the time to do things properly and with great care. I was recommended to use Charlotte for a B12 shot by my reflexologist. I'd been recieving NHS shots so was apprehensive about getting a shot from a clinic but Charlotte's knowledge and professionalism beat the three NHS doctors I've seen! She asks you to complete a form that she puts through to a governing body to approve the injection for - so you know her service is of utmost professionalism. Won't hesitate to use again! Trish 😊

Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Booked to have my lashes lifted and tinted by Aliona and I’m so happy with the results! I was nervous after a bad experience elsewhere and didn’t want my brows done at first because they’d been messed up before, but Aliona made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She listened, gave great advice, and did an amazing job. I’ve got lots of strong hair, and she handled it beautifully. I left with gorgeous lashes and brows. Super professional, kind, and talented. Highly recommend!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Charlotte is really kind and welcoming, best waxing procedure I've had :)

So easy to book and Charlotte is just absolutely lovely! She did an amazing job waxing my daughters eyebrows.

I just had eyelash extensions and brow lamination done, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! My lashes look full and flawless, and my brows are perfectly shaped and lifted. The whole experience was so professional and relaxing, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel instantly more confident and glamorous!
