I had a full body waxing done and honestly, it was such a smooth experience literally! Harjot was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place was super clean and well-organized, which put me at ease right away. Pain was minimal (way better than I expected!), and she took their time to make sure there was no sticky residue left. Elysa was so professional and explained clearly how she could fix my eyebrows. They had been microbladed many times before, so the colour and shape were quite off, but she improved them so much.
