I've been struggling to find someone who can shape my eyebrows well, I've constantly left other beauticians feeling disappointed after feeling like they rushed the shaping. After trying Beauty Clinic @99 I am so so happy with my eyebrows now! Thank you for taking the time to make them even and for listening to how I wanted them to look. Tracy was fantastic with my daughter Evie aged 11. She was very welcoming and explained everything clearly to Evie who was very calm and confident throughout and delighted with her beautiful earrings. My eldest had her ears pierced by Tracy and she was just as good then. When my youngest is ready we will be returning. Thank you Tracy xx

I had a lovely Gel Pedi & Eyebrow Wax & Tint & BIAB Gel Fingers with Seren. She followed my natural brow shape, communicated my preference before starting the treatment, leaving them smooth and fresh but subtle. (I am SO fussy with my brows). Seren is another credit to the lovely Glow Family. ❤️🧡 I don't think any of the staff have ever left me feeling disappointed in over 5 years. 🧡❤️

Just had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Nicola. Always enjoy having treatments at Zen Aesthetics and beauty. Such a lovely inviting place. Thank you once again Nicola 😊

Nicola does my eyebrows & lashes. She makes me feel very welcome and we have a good laugh too which is an added bonus. She always stops and asks if they are dark enough etc.

Tracy is always friendly and welcoming. She is a great listener as well as fabulous and very knowledgeable about her job! Thanks Tracy for all the care and attention you have shown to me and my eyebrows over the years!

Natalie provides an incredible service, in a beautiful setting, and is just an all around great person! It's really nice to walk into a salon and be made to feel at home, have a good chat, a bit of banter, and leave feeling like you've had a complete experience. My eyebrows look great!
