First visit in 4 months due to lockdown. All staff in PPE. All clients required to wear a face mask, log details for tracing, wash hands & have temperature taken. It was explained fulky what cleaning was being done to equipment in room. It felt very safe & clean. As always my full body hot stone massage by Jill was incredible.

Great massage, as always, from Karen. Lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere and left feeling amazing.

Gareth has a very calming way, always friendly, and he puts you instantly at ease. The full body massage leaves me relaxed, loose and able to move with fluidity. I sleep much better post massage and tend to try book at 4 week intervals which in combination with his recommended weekly yoga keep me balanced.

Gareth was professional, easy and great. Deep tissue massage and Reiki healing. Couldn't be better.

Great appointment. Had suffered with massages in the past and this was pain free and very respectful.

Gareth is a great masseuse and a lovely person, but I've really enjoyed the lymphatic drainage therapy he does, despite feeling really relaxing, it is making a real difference to my stomach swelling (since an abdominal op), and it has noticeably helped my scar. I can see doing lymphatic drainage is an important area to help my body detox and Gareth is multi-talented in applying his skills to help you.

Gareth is very gentle and respectful, and I felt very calm and safe during my time with him. He had a full understanding of the issues that I was bringing and explained exactly how he was going to work, and also did this when needed throughout the session. It was a lovely experience and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I will definitely book another session soon.
