It as great to meet Sarah! She put me at ease which was great due to my autism. She was very informative and talked me through making a decision on my lips and how I wanted them, she gave them a through look and feel before suggesting how we should proceed in her professional opinion. Sarah’s technique was excellent. I was so very happy with the outcome and it made me beam with happiness they look the best they’ve ever looked and I feel confident and very ecstatic! Ive been going to Laura for quite some time now, and i really cant recommend her enough, she is professional, while also beens super friendly, she makes you feel so relaxed, so much so I normally have 40 winks while shes doing my lashes!! Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed. I had a wonderful experience at Ann’s Nails & Beauty today. The salon was very nice and welcoming (they also had fans to keep it cool in the 30 deg heat and offered drinks to all clients). My set of french BIAB nails by Lilly are perfect and my lash tint by Ann is also faultless. Thanks very much both, I look forward to returning and hope to try more of the treatments/services you have on offer :)
