I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Loved going to get my nails done here while I was living in Manchester. I always got one solid color on my nails but they were always amazing and I loved the shape we would do. I liked that we sometimes would chat about our lives but we could also sit in comfortable silence and listen to music.

I’ve been having treatments with Dionne for the past few years and she is brilliant. I have my waxing, brows and nails done - Dionne is very professional, caring and skilled at what she does. Dionne has lots of experience and knowledge so has plenty of tips about how to maintain the treatments.

The hollywood waxes are always amazing here 5/5; I don’t go anywhere else. However, I did find the new location a little bit tricky. Having attended out of normal office hours, I couldn’t get into the building to start and had to tailgate someone leaving. I wasn’t sure where to go once I entered, Until someone asked if I was here for waxing. A little bit more detail in the instructions would be beneficial for those coming for the first time to this new location.

been going for around a year now and they never fail to amaze me, got a silver cat eye base with black french tips and ara did them so beautifully! all the staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is very heartwarming💞also in a very good location in central manchester too, ive seen the brand grow so much and i couldn’t be more proud of them🩷
