I gave Elyssa complete creative freedom with my hair, and it was one of the BEST decisions I’ve made. She created a blend of color and highlights that feels like me in a way I didn’t even know was possible. The cut was a little shorter than I expected, but I wouldn’t change a thing! It’s playful, effortless, and easy to recreate at home. Two weeks later, I still catch myself smiling when I look in the mirror. She has a true gift. I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

I’ve seen Pam many times for waxing and she is not only incredibly thorough, but kind, polite and really has a great bedside manner. I can’t recommend her enough!

Pam was wonderful explaining what exactly my facial entailed… Then she fit me in for a back massage as well… It was perfect :)
