Sasha did an excellent job on my pedicure, but she seemed very distracted. She started my pedicure late as she was doing something else and I don't think I got the full massage I should have gotten with the service I purchased. I was a little disappointed since I paid extra for a 'luxury' service.

Loved my experience yesterday. I did a full service natural hair wash and crochet. The hair wash was relaxing and Alexis explained the hair wash process step by step which I liked. Overall, 10/10 service and laughs were provided. Thank you Alexis !

I think she’s a good stylist but I am not sure where the confusion about my time came from and because I liked her I decided to say nothing. I waited while she did someone else’s hair because I felt I would get my full time, but then she literally rushed what she did with my hair, repeatedly stating that she had until 7pm; but I arrived at 5pm and waited so I am not sure if the stylists are informed about the time to spend but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed and felt my hair was unfinished because the stylist was not aware of the time to allocate to my hair.

The atmosphere at Dark Sughar is relaxing and fun. All the chairs were full up so many women trusted them as well as I did. I had not had my dreadlocks maintained for 3.5 months so I had a lot of growth. Hope was so skilled, she finished my hair quickly and I really like it. Well done ladies!

My mom took my young daughter to refresh her extensions and they had a fantastic experience! Aside from the phenomenal work they did on her braids, they were also very helpful with post-visit remedies. Fantastic staff! 10/10 would recommend.
