Rupal was friendly gentle and kind. She was able to enhance my eye brows natural features and knew exactly what she was doing to compliment my face. The hand cream with massage was a lovely touch while we waited for my tint to set. It’s always scary going to a new eyebrow person, but I am so happy with the result and can’t wait to come back already, Thankyou !

My waxing appointment was pleasant. I booked an appointment with Naini, and only found out on arriving that I would be seen by another therapist. I value sound communication, and would have preferred to have been informed of a change of therapist before my appointment.

The Echo is conveniently located near my house, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I booked both a haircut and eyebrow threading with Niani. I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back again.” This version enhances the flow and clarity while keeping the tone friendly and positive. I can not express how greatful I am for the team at Echo my hair was ruined by a previous hair dresser, I have been so embarrassed by it for the past 7 weeks, the ladies all worked together to creating a healthy beautiful colour and style while at fixing my eyebrows and lashes at the same time I truely can’t thank them enough! Desa is wonderful. very efficient and a very friendly environment. Understands what you want and will do it. I have my nails, waxing, tints and spraytans done at ANB and the service is always great.

Roupal is so professional & did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. She was also very kind to help me choose some makeup products after my session time with her.

Just got out of my appointment with Mahi, she's such a wonderful person ! I loved chatting with her while she was doing the most delicate and detailed work. I am not used to waxing almost my full body but Mahi made me feel comfortable. I totally recommend !
