Rupal was friendly gentle and kind. She was able to enhance my eye brows natural features and knew exactly what she was doing to compliment my face. The hand cream with massage was a lovely touch while we waited for my tint to set. It’s always scary going to a new eyebrow person, but I am so happy with the result and can’t wait to come back already, Thankyou !

My waxing appointment was pleasant. I booked an appointment with Naini, and only found out on arriving that I would be seen by another therapist. I value sound communication, and would have preferred to have been informed of a change of therapist before my appointment.

The Echo is conveniently located near my house, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I booked both a haircut and eyebrow threading with Niani. I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back again.” This version enhances the flow and clarity while keeping the tone friendly and positive. Nail Bar Norwood is where I usually go to get my nails done as I am always happy with the quality of service and skill that comes. I tried another location but unfortunately the gel was not set properly and was lifting. So I booked to go back to Norwood to get them redone - expecting that I would have to pay for them again. However, when I explained what had occurred, they let me know that they would redo them for me under their guarantee, which demonstrates their excellent customer service! I highly recommend Nail Bar Norwood, I’m never disappointed with the quality and service!

Laura is the best - I had my 12 month TOPUP today and love my new, fresh brows. I can not express how greatful I am for the team at Echo my hair was ruined by a previous hair dresser, I have been so embarrassed by it for the past 7 weeks, the ladies all worked together to creating a healthy beautiful colour and style while at fixing my eyebrows and lashes at the same time I truely can’t thank them enough! Laura performs magic each time i attend my appointment. I generally arrive feeling tired and stressed, but Laura always elevates my mood, then transforms me with her incredible talent for eyebrow colouring, contouring, and waxing, along with our marvellous conversations about music & guitar-playing. I cannot recommend Laura highly enough...and her prices are inexpensive. Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere - i rarely write reviews - so trust me, and book a session with Laura.
