Rupal was friendly gentle and kind. She was able to enhance my eye brows natural features and knew exactly what she was doing to compliment my face. The hand cream with massage was a lovely touch while we waited for my tint to set. My waxing appointment was pleasant. I booked an appointment with Naini, and only found out on arriving that I would be seen by another therapist. I value sound communication, and would have preferred to have been informed of a change of therapist before my appointment.

The Echo is conveniently located near my house, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I booked both a haircut and eyebrow threading with Niani. I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. Laura is the best - I had my 12 month TOPUP today and love my new, fresh brows. As I was unsure of what I wanted done, Laura was “very” patient and understanding and gave me her time without rushing me through my appointment time. The most amazing experience I had an anti aging facial, that was fabulous. So did my son..He had that for the 1st time and his skin is amazing.... I had full set of acrylics with art.
