First time coming to Bella Rose was very welcoming, friendly and relaxing even though I get anxiety going to hairdressers . Awesome experience, and also Nawaal does a hair consultation, asking questions about the problematic areas etc to determine what's the best treatment for your hair! Nawaal has done an amazing job and recommendation when I wanted to go from natural curls to blow drying. She sat me down firstly getting to understand what it is that I actually wanted in terms of, if I wanted to go completely straight or if I wanted to be able to have a go between the 2. They start on time with the appointment. I always love the quality treatment and time given to my hair, from the washing experience right through to the finishing touches. The ladies are always so pleasant and professional, yet make you feel at home and at ease while busy with the hair.
