I normally have my nails done once a month only by Shameemah,however on Thursday I needed an urgent appointment but she was not available for the time slot I needed.Shameemah then booked me with Thurlen and the service I received was absolutely amzaing.At the end of my treatment I needed to make my card payment and Kaylin was there at reception ready to assist me however I got a few error messages and Kaylin and Thurlen were so calm and patient. I just to thank you ladies again for the excellent services you rendered to me it did not go unoticed.Shameemah you really have a great team.

I was very happy with the student who done my hair (wash and blow iron) and also with Marisca (as always) gel nails and lash tint.

Mary did not disappoint, I mean… she never does! I asked for a butterfly layered haircut and she gave me exactly that with added bounce and shine! I must say, the students from College of Cape Town are exceptional at what they do too. The head massage was the best it’s ever been. Wonderful experience.

My experience at House of Wax with Vicky was amazing, normally nail techs hurt my skin whilst filing my nails, but with her it was pleasant. She also made me feel at ease, and we spoke as though we knew eachother for years. I am highly satisfied with my nails.

I received excellent service during my visit. Ilse was exceptional—her professionalism and skill truly stood out. Although I hadn’t planned to do my nails, the friendly receptionist informed me of an available slot. I decided to go ahead, and I'm so glad I did. The treatment was beautifully done and very reasonably priced. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish
