Michelle was such an amazing person who really makes one feel comfortable! Honestly one of the best waxing experiences I have ever had. Would highly recommend! She uses a good wax for sensitive skin and generally going to other places my skin is RED but with her, the redness was hardly noticeable, and she shaped my brows to their natural shape which was awesome! Her prices are reasonable, and I will be going back in the future!

Nonzwa is meticulous in making sure you're completely smooth. She listens well to her clients. I have very sensitive skin so the temp of the wax has to be just right otherwise I have a bad reaction. Nonzwa consistantly makes sure that I'm ok throughout my treatment. Highly recommend The Wax Pots for all your waxing needs.

I got my nails done and did a wax I haven’t waxed in so long and Wianda was very reassuring about the wax and when I wanted to do a nail shape she gave me the best advice on how it would affect my nails and I was so comfortable definitely a 10/10 service ☺️

Absolutely amazing! 🤍 Such a kind, caring, and professional beautician who always goes the extra mile. I have acne-prone skin, and she always gives helpful skincare advice and even takes the time to remove a few blackheads while waiting for the wax to dry. Always a great visit! She got all the hairs and of the places I have tried for waxing, I don't get much of a reaction with her wax. Usually I break out and sometimes get a minor rash but I have never had that with her.

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.
