Jamie is so lovely and welcoming and extremely good with children. He gave my daughter a very trendy and beautiful haircut and chatted away to her, making her feel at ease. He's a total professional and listens to what his clients are looking for and delivers. Definitely recommend!!

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly

I’ve been going to Lynn for almost a year now and genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say! Her lymphatic drainage massage, waxing, and facials are all flawless—absolutely spot on every time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only do you receive top-tier treatments, but you also get the chance to truly relax—something I struggle with due to a high-stress job. Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!
