I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! The standard that Victoria has set with her business is exceptional. Thank you Ella and Posh Beauty team for amazing customer service and fabulous nails!

I visited them on my birthday for their £90 luxury pedicure. Unfortunately, the initial treatment didn’t feel luxurious as there was no foot soak, proper foot massage, or thorough dead skin removal, and my feet still felt rough afterwards. However, I really appreciated how professionally the manager handled my concerns. They offered a discount and invited me back for additional treatment with senior technicians, after which my feet felt genuinely soft and smooth. Great customer service, but the original experience was disappointing for the price.

Lily was absolutely amazing. The leg and feet massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. She really took her time, made me feel comfortable and worked on all the right areas. I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter plus needing a nap! Highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows done today and I’m so happy with the results! After trying several places in Cardiff and feeling let down, Kat completely nailed what I wanted. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. Danielle is knowledgeable, efficient and provides exemplary customer service including great communication skills about the treatment itself.
