I’ve been going to Chantelle for over a year now every 3 weeks and never have I been dissappointed. I have a full leg, Brazilian, eyebrow wax/tint and armpits. Chantelle is professional and efficient every time. I would never go anywhere else!

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.

“Best waxing experience I’ve ever had!” I recently had a waxing treatment at Skinova using Perron Rigot wax, and I’m honestly amazed at how smooth and painless it was. I’ve tried a few other places before, but this wax is on another level – it gripped the hair perfectly without irritating my skin at all. Sheetal was so professional and made me feel completely at ease. My skin felt super soft afterwards, with barely any redness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality waxing experience!

My god! This was heavenly! I had a full body massage previously and lost 3lbs the next day - Laura-Lea really distressed me and clearly worked out some of that water retention too! I had a wonderful afternoon with Vicki, she was calm, caring and very professional. I was a little bit dubious about visiting somewhere new but Vicki made me feel at home. I had an amazing Swedish full body massage and a gel pedicure and Vicki even fitted in an eye brow shape for me. A really great experience and would definitely recommend.
