Great as always. Very professional service. Almost pain free sugaring of legs and underarms. I’ve been coming to Ana for years now and felt so relaxed I nearly fell asleep during this treatment! Very calming, relaxing atmosphere with music playing. Thank you Ana you are brilliant at what you do.

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.

The best facial experience so far , and great attention to detail during the eyebrow threading and chin, upper lip waxing. Very satisfied with the service and for sure will book again.
