Beatrice is highly experienced and very professional in her conduct. Her caring diligent nature of ensuring clients have explained any issues such as operations or weaker points in the body is notable and she listens to ensure she understands. She’s an amazing and I always feel totally relaxed in her company and absolutely refreshed after she has massaged my back. Thank you so much for the hard work and for such an outstanding first class massage always without fail.. I personally do not go anywhere else now to get a full body Swedish massage as I’m not sure another masure could compare.

Hands down, the best beauty salon in Bristol.

I had a full body massage and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jo was brilliant—she instinctively knew exactly where the tension was and worked it out with real care and skill. The atmosphere was so calming, I felt completely at ease the whole time. I slept like a baby that night and woke up feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend if you need to unwind and feel looked after!

Thanks for being flexible with appointment time wax was quick and skin feels great from dermaplane. Mask was a bit too messy and the reason not 5 stars

My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I had an amazing time today! I had a full body massage with Beatrice cannot recommend enough! Beatrice was lovely and welcoming. She started the treatment by asking about the areas I wanted to focus on and how firm I wanted the massage to be. I explained about a health condition that I have, explained what I wanted with those areas and Beatrice listened. After it was nearly 2 hours of bliss. The treatment room was relaxing with dimmed lights and relaxing music. Loved the warm towels and how the massage oil was warmed before the treatment. It was lovely to relax after and take a moment.

Almost painless wax. So happy with result.

We had a very relaxing time. The pool was quiet and everything was clean and well kept. The full-body massage was absolutely devine - the best massage I've ever had. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Peaceful and calm atmosphere and lovely, friendly staff. The checking in process was so smooth also. Felt relaxed from start to finish. Apart from, just didn't find the children in the spa area too relaxing, very noisy when trying to switch off and relax.

The best beauty house in Bristol. The team are super friendly and professional. It’s always a joy to head to my appointments 🥰
