always have the best experience here! I come in every two weeks for my nails and have also had facials, microneedling, and now waxing services — every appointment has been professional, comfortable, and relaxing. Today’s underarm wax was surprisingly gentle and easy, which says a lot because I was nervous beforehand. She always makes me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident leaving my appointments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality services and a welcoming atmosphere.

Colette is amazing! She was very informative, meticulous with her work, and made me feel at ease. One of the best Brazilian wax experiences I've had! Colette told me to focus on my breath which helped a lot with the pain (which wasn't bad at all). Full body scrub felt so good after! Highly recommended - I'll be back for sure. Thank you Colette for making me feel like a million bucks! Loved the wonderful conversation, too! :)

Maya is always amazing - always happy and patient and good sense of humour. Did a full load today nails feet and brows and 100% what I wanted. Should also mention the shop itself is so clean and crisp all up to date messsage chair and nice modern but modest style- very comfortable place. I started going here after a coworker mentioned them. I had been unhappy for years with new Sudbury nail service and now I’m just so thankful 😌

Another wonderful visit to BBB. The conversation was so enjoyable and full of laughs that I nearly forgot I was there for a wax appointment. Professional, welcoming, and always a pleasure to visit.

I’ve been going to Danika for my eyebrow waxing for a while, so I already knew how friendly and great she is ,but this was my first facial, and it was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything, and my skin felt so clean, smooth, and refreshed after. Such a relaxing experience and I can’t wait to book again!
