Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. My first time having Zoe wax my eyebrows and I must say I was impressed. She was mannerly, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the process. You are doing well, keep up the good work and Thank you. I had my very first Brazilian wax done at Che Essentials, and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected! She was amazing at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything step by step, which really helped to put me at ease. I appreciated how professional and gentle she was — definitely a great first experience! Highly recommend for anyone nervous about trying it for the first time. 💛

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!! I'll recommend 1000 times over , found my new sugar esthetician !!!

Got a full leg,Brazilian wax at Meraki spa. Akelia was very professional she made my experience of waxing so painless and effortless. Love that it was so quick . Already booked my next appointment. Great service.

The setting was beautiful and calming.The peacocks provided a great photo op.I thoroughly enjoyed my full body massage and mini facial! Marissa did a fantastic job. My body feels so relaxed now. I'll be telling everyone I know about this wonderful experience.
