Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Apple Blossoms Retreat is my little slice of heaven. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. I had my very first Brazilian wax done at Che Essentials, and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected! She was amazing at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

Laser Hair Removal - Underarms: My first appointment was so much better than expected! The cooling before felt amazing and I felt no pain whatsoever during the process. 24 hours later and I still feel no pain or irritation. Tash was great and walked me through the entire process as she was doing it, along with full details of the after care. I felt extremely comfortable and can’t wait for my next appointment!

Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.
