I had a half leg wax and Leanne was professional, kind and goes the extra mile with customer service. I was running late because of traffic but Leanne was welcoming, all smiles, and I felt relaxed heading into the treatment. They stock Ella Bache products too and all the girls have excellent product knowledge.

I had such a great experience with Sally! She did my full legs and half arms, and everything was perfect from start to finish. She’s so friendly and made me feel really comfortable, which made the whole process so much easier. The results were amazing, super smooth and really well done. You can tell she’s very experienced and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I’ve already told so many people about her and will definitely keep going back. Highly recommend if you want someone professional, kind, and really good at what they do!

An absolute treat - as always. Highly recommend Sylvia for taking care of your face. She has done an incredible job of caring for my acne prone skin, my eyebrows and my lashes. Honestly Raman is sensational. She is the Sweetest person super friendly and so lovely I enjoy chatting to her every time I go for my appointment and my brows and lashes look Fantastic . I noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE since coming here my tint lasts the full time unlike the previous place I went where it lasted only 2 weeks max . Raman does a brilliant job .10/5 ! 🌟

Leanne is a lovely person! And very informative about skin care. The only downside was that my legs and underarms were all red raised bumps from the moment of waxing until fully 48 hours later. Whatever balm (whether type or amount) she put on me after waxing was not sufficient to soothe the irritation caused by the waxing.

Fortunately the earliest day and time I could do had 10% discount already applied by the business, so I booked and paid $89.10 (inc. deposit 10% paid in advance). Booked in for 1345 and the whole thing was done by 1445. During the process, the phone rang 2 times, one of which the technician had picked up, and a lady came in with an enquiry and again the process got fully paused for about few minutes (the lady wouldn't leave). Overall experence not too bad, I got my lashes done and I'm pretty happy. Customer service, good. Would I go back? Maybe.
