I absolutely love that Jenni and the team know who you are, what you like and prefer, and the care and innovation that Jenni puts into place to make it a serene, inviting & that she is always looking for value for us the customer to keep coming to her salon. I appreciate that Jenni is so hard working and loves what she does and genuinely appreciates her clients. Customer service is lacking today but not at J Beauty which I am grateful for.
