Love this salon, the best in the business, 5 stars is not enough. From the minute I arrive I am made to feel very welcome and relaxed by the friendly and talented staff in a beautiful, clean and hygienic environment. Catherine is an amazing beauty professional who is extremely knowledgeable, she has taught me so much about beauty and always gives me tips when in getting treatments done. Treatments are always done to perfection. I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman. The best salon I have ever been to with the best staff. The salon was so welcoming and Kia was wonderful. I find it difficult to get my lashes tinted and can take panic attacks, Kia was very patient and understanding which made me so comfortable and relaxed. The job done by Kia was amazing, she is a perfectionist and did a stellar job. I found my skin, after waxing, did not appear read and irritated, as it would usually be, but instead it was smooth with no redness. I would highly recommend the salon,Kia in particular and I will be back for sure.

Rang Dr Arun in a panic when another clinic cancelled app. Best thing to of happened, he spoke about what would be best for me. Excellent professional and friendly service provided by Jade. She is very experienced at Lycon waxing, with the procedure being the least painful waxing I have ever had. The salon is always spotlessly clean and appointment times punctual. I highly recommend both Jade and the salon....always 5 star +++

First impressions not great Overcrowded with nail tables , seemed like a girls night at 10.30 am lady beside was waiting half hour for her nail technician to come , she arrived half hour late and then proceeded to say she wanted to do her friend first , it was like a pantomime, I was then taken upstairs and totally different atmosphere beautiful surroundings and had lovely massage with Gemma , she new her stuff , would definitely recommend her, don’t be put off by the downstairs, I would go back for beauty treatments only upstairs ,

I’ve been using the salon for a while now and Jade is so friendly and professional. The salon is always immaculate and a nice relaxing environment. I find the lycon wax they use to be less abrasive as my skin is sensitive, particularly on the bikini line which I used to absolutely dread. I would now get a hollywood without a second thought.
