I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. She has always given 100% and the end results has always been Fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Without doubt Fran is the quickest beautician I have seen for waxing. Thorough, with as little pain as possible! She’s brilliant, I can’t recommend her enough.

Excellent experience, Chelsie really knew what she was doing when waxing, regularly checking in that the was temperature of the wax was ok and I was comfortable and she was lovely to chat to! I’ll definitely be back 5⭐️

I just had eyelash extensions and brow lamination done, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! My lashes look full and flawless, and my brows are perfectly shaped and lifted. The whole experience was so professional and relaxing, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel instantly more confident and glamorous!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
