The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Excellent experience, Chelsie really knew what she was doing when waxing, regularly checking in that the was temperature of the wax was ok and I was comfortable and she was lovely to chat to! I’ll definitely be back 5⭐️

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
