The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Fully recommend. She is always friendly as welcoming too. Thank you Fran I’ll sleep tonight very well after my massage.

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Charlotte is lovely - really friendly and personable. The whole experience was brilliant, and the dermaplaning treatment I had seems to be amazing. I'm definitely heading back there for other treatments!

Great to be back after Christmas, Charlotte has a fancy new light, sorting my blackheads right out. I’ve appointments booked for the next 6 months.

I went to Fran with very stiff back and shoulders, she was very sympathetic, which immediately helps with pain, and then gave me a firm deep tissue massage, her skill knew my exact areas that needed working on. Bravo and thank you.
