What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I booked in with Jo after recommendations from a few people. She was lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. Her room is gorgeous, it makes you feel calm as soon as you walk in the door. Would definitely recommend a reiki session if you’re not feeling your best

I had a great deep tissue massage with Sian this morning. She somehow managed to find all the knots and give them a good pummelling, whilst making me so relaxed that I very nearly fell asleep. I’ll be back for another session soon!

After 30 years of torment and mental torture on a daily basis. Years of trying to get help from my GP and other services. I finally feel seen and heard at Blue Amber Counselling. I have been given possible reasons as to why I may be in such turmoil, every second of the day and been offered a helping hand in pushing the services that should be helping me through all of this stuff. I have been on a gradual decline in my mental health and I reached a point where I was going to take my life. But I am feeling optimistic after 2 sessions and hopeful for the first time in nearly 2 decades.

First session as a trainee counsellor and Lizzy is my supervisor! I was nervous but she put me at ease and I felt safe and held !

Sophie has been the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. My 90 minute session is always over far too soon, but I emerge a happier, healthier person every time! Enjoy your maternity leave Sophie, you’ll be dreadfully missed

Wow, what an amazing day and experience. The retreat is stunning. The facilities are fab and very clean. My mum and I had such a wonderful afternoon. It was a present for her 60th. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accomodating. We had a two hour spa session with a full body massage treatment. Katie and Jo were lush, so lovely and their treatments were great! We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone! What a great little retreat. A real gem in such a lovely spot.

Emmie is so nice and knowledgable. She put me at ease, is very personable and non judgemental. Within the first session there was a good improvement. I would recommend her to everyone. Looking forward to my next session.

Wonderfully relaxing reflexology session with Jess, really feel the benefit for days after. Always interesting to receive Jess's feedback on completion of the session, she always picks up some corresponding area on the foot that relates to an existing ailment or issue elsewhere. Will certainly book again.

Lizzie is an excellent Coach; using a combination of her own lived experience together with therapies that she has taken and used what is helpful for the adhd Person, has allowed me to plan and cope with instances in my life which continue to be issues for me.. Lizzie is honest in her feedback and is supporting me to plan for the next stage of my life; post diagnosis. It was infact counselling with Lizzie after a lifetime of misdiagnosis that led me to my diagnosis of combined adhd today. Lizzie for me was life changing and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This massage experience was the best I have had in long time, not only is Keziah a lovely lady but she also makes you feel very comfortable on arrival and talks you through the session so you know what to expect. I was allowed to choose my own oils that were right for me and to make me feel more relaxed. Keziah was thorough and also did not rush the treatment at any point. I would recommend Keziah to anybody who wanted a massage treatment, it was both relaxing and calming experience.

I had my first Reiki treatment recently with Gail, and it was a truly memorable introduction to the practice. Gail explained the process clearly and created a calm, focused atmosphere. Their movements were steady and deliberate, with a quiet presence that made the session feel thoughtful and well-paced. Without needing to say much, they guided the session with care and intention. It was a great first experience.

I have never had a Reiki treatment like Keziah’s. She is so tuned into her client and gives you 💯 every time. The benefits I feel are usually a better sleep, a reduction of anxiety and generally feel more balanced and connected to my physical &emotional self. I would absolutely recommend a Reiki session with Keziah, she is a true holistic healer.

Wonderful reflexology session with Paula. She is so knowledgeable and skilled, and I felt incredibly relaxed throughout the session (and afterwards!) Highly recommend.

I absolutely adore getting my hair done with Alex, it’s just like catching up with a friend for a couple hours or even a mini therapy session that is MUCH NEEDED! I had copper hair and wanted a change to brunette but didn’t want the boring just brown. Alex talked me through the shades so I was happy and I am now in love with my brunette hair!! 💕
